How Drugs Work Drugs are chemicals or substances that change the way our bodies work. Some are medicines that help people when doctors prescribe them. Many have no medical use or benefits. When taken (usually by swallowing, inhaling, or injecting), abused drugs find their way into the bloodstream. From there, they move to the brain and other parts of the body. In the brain, drugs may intensify or dull the senses, change how alert or sleepy people feel, and sometimes decrease physical pain. Because of the way these drugs work on the brain, they affect the ability to make healthy choices and decisions. Even drinking makes people more likely to get involved in dangerous situations, like driving under the influence or having unprotected sex. Although substances can feel good at first, they can do a lot of harm to the body and brain. Drinking alcohol, smoking or using tobacco, taking illegal drugs, even sniffing glue all damage the human body. Commonly abused drugs include: alcohol amphetamines bath salts cocaine and crack cough and cold medicines (DXM) depressants GHB heroin inhalants ketamine LSD MDMA/Ecstasy marijuana methamphetamine ("meth") mushrooms PCP prescription pain relievers (opioids) Rohypnol salvia

drugs

What It Is: Amphetamines are very addictive stimulants. They speed up functions in the brain and body. They come in pills or tablets. Prescription diet pills also fall into this category of drugs.

Sometimes Called: speed, uppers, dexies, bennies, hearts, truck drivers

How It's Used: Amphetamines are swallowed, smoked, snorted, or injected. What It Does: No matter how a person takes amphetamines, these drugs hit with a fast high, making the user feel powerful, alert, and energized. These "uppers" pump up heart rate, breathing, and blood pressure, and can also cause sweating, shaking, headaches, sleeplessness, and blurred vision. Long or lasting use may cause hallucinations and intense paranoia. Even after users stop taking amphetamines, they may still have problems such as aggression, anxiety, and strong cravings for the drugs.

Have a cigarette or have $10,000

When offered a cigarette you might wish to refuse you have to understand why people offer you cigarettes in the first place it's probably because they feel guilty about themselves smoking. They wish to use you to support their insecurity the way I answered an answer this question was no thank you I've been promised $10,000 if I don't smoke

and then they would ask how would that be, so I explain that if a packet of cigarettes cost $25 a week and I started smoking spending $25 a week then I will be wasting the money in smoke, damaging my health, and also having smelly clothes and bad breath; but if I put the $25 a week away for a year I have $1,250 and If I don't smoke for 10 years I have $12,500 less the cost of extra health bills, so as a  conservative suggestion I would say I will give  myself $10,000 simply because I don't accept that cigarette.

Take Drugs or have $20,000 in 5 years

drain

If I don't accept that pill or joint either, I would tell myself that in a few years time I will have a gift of $20,000. Based on the scenario for smoking.

I tell people I'm very capable of my own ability to enjoy myself without any other props or needs to get me go through the night and I'm sure that if I started on the drugs I'd be a lot worse off than the $20,000 dollars I'm about to receive in a few years time, and the heath bills and impact on my life will be horrendous if I take drugs, and  I don't need to do anything other than rely on my own ability to to enjoy myself..... so no thanks.

Be a millionaire by the time you are 40

It is always possible to become millionaire by the time you're 40 you buy cheap small house near to a university college or hospital, and you should be able to rent that out and receive an income to cover the mortgage of your purchase,  say your mortgage is $1000 a month you should work out you need to get 80% to 90% of this in rent (the actual return need to be about 70%), that way you will be purchasing a house for the difference between your rental income and the mortgage repayments.

A few months down the track you could use that house as collateral to purchase another house and then repeat the same scenario for the next few years by the time you're 30 you should aim to have three houses by the time you're 40 you should aim to our four houses and if you got four houses you should have close on $1 million in collateral, but of course it all depends on how well you look after your houses if and when you get good resale price for them. You need to get regular rent for the properties that is why they should be near a university, college or hospital, live in one bedroom for yourself and you should make some money. There are other ways but at least this is an idea.
